I went to Smile Vegas dental for a flipper but after a few days I wasnt very comfortable with it. I called the office and I got an appointment the same day. Dr. Kung was very professional and fixed my flipper right away. The staff was also very professional. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kung from Smile Vegas Dental.

I wish I was able to get everyone's name who were so kind and helpful to me! I came in on a walk in/emergency basis..as soon as the receptionist saw,she was quick and kind to say she can get me in! I was truly surprised and so appreciative..I waited a few minutes, they brought me back to take xrays. My swelling was so much so that unfortunately they weren't able to do much for me. However, Dr.De La Cruz was quick to refer me, advocating for me is more accurate. She called Canyon Oral and Facial Surgery..they were able to see me within an hour!!! I felt so happy,relieved (even though my face said so otherwise) and thankful because that meant I was closer to relief!! She even called me later that day to see how I was doing, how my referral went and asked about my treatment plan! That was so kind and spoke volumes of not only her,but of the practice as a whole! Everyone I came in contact with was so kind and caring. They have definitely made me reconsider and possibly eased my fears when it comes to dentists! Thank you all so much! Excellent experience at this practice. Very professional but friendly office. I would not have believed my wonderful dentist Dr Dela Cruz could have me laughing whilst in the chair. Only a crazy person enjoys visiting the dentist but trust me, this comes close. I have always been terrified of the dentist but this office has helped me overcome that fear. I am new to the area, so my insurance company recommended Smile Dental. What a great pick! This office has all the latest technology, and their doctors and staff are well educated, and current on all the most updated ways to perform procedures. They think out of the box and clearly have your best interest. The office is always busy; however, the doctors and staff take time with each patient. I never feel rushed. Dr. Kung is helping me through my dental journey (awesome!!) Oscar is the tech that is assisting Doctor Kung, amazing. He's first concern is your comfort, and always patient when it comes to questions. Stephanie is one of the front desks associates who does the schedule and billing. Shes another assent to this office. My visits to Smile Dental are a breeze. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist. Their name couldn't be more appropriate, you will leave there with a smile.

I’m so glad I found this office! I had a crown break on me plus I knew I had really neglected my teeth. I knew that I need to go see a dentist, but was putting it off because I have high anxiety when it comes to getting dental work. Having the crown break forced me to get the process started.They spent lots of time consulting with me and coming up with a treatment plan. I am a cash payer and they offered me a membership that takes care of my future cleanings plus discounts my services. Everyone in the office made everything so easy. Dr. Delacruz took care of me(love her!!!) along with a few other techs. They constantly made sure I was comfortable and assured me that I was doing good. The Dr made sure I was very numb, which is something that I always worry about-not being numb enough. They had a show of my choice playing in the background and we were even laughing through the procedure. I know I have about a years worth of work ahead of me and I feel so lucky to have found this team to help me.

I will be coming to Smile Vegas for the rest of my Dental procedures.

Smile dental has always been great but my last visit was just fine and felt rushed. My teeth cleaning wasn’t as thorough, I had to remind them to put flouride. The dentist was supposed to check my teeth but he didn’t.

Smile Vegas did a great job on my Invisalign. Would recommend to any looking for a quick and painless process.

I have an extreme fear of visiting the dentist, and it had been years since my last visit. After moving to Vegas a few years ago, I hadn’t seen a dentist since 2020, back when I was still living in California. My oral health hasn’t always been the best, and about four months ago, a crown fell out of the back left bottom of my mouth. I kept putting off getting it replaced, but things had gotten to the point where I knew I had cavities because I could barely chew on either side of my mouth. I also knew I was overdue for a deep cleaning and probably had other issues, so I finally had no choice but to find a dentist.I researched about six dental offices and spoke to four of them. Smile Vegas Dental was the fourth one I called, and I immediately felt at ease. The first few offices either didn’t take my insurance or didn’t give off a welcoming vibe, but from the moment the person on the phone at Smile Vegas Dental answered, I knew I’d found the right place. I explained my concerns and how nervous I was, and they were so kind and understanding.When I arrived at the office, my experience matched the vibe I got from the phone call. Every single person I interacted with—front desk staff, the x-ray tech, and the dentist—was incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable. Today was just x-rays and an exam to create a treatment plan, and while I’d been dreading the appointment, I actually left feeling happy I went through with it.I have an appointment in a few weeks to start treatment. I know I’ll still be nervous as it gets closer, but based on today’s visit, I feel confident that it will be another positive experience. Bonus: their lobby smells amazing!

WENT HERE TO REPAIR AND DIAGNOSE A BROKEN ABUTMENT FROM AN INPLANT,.THE TOP PART OF THE ABUTMENT BROKE OFF LEAVING THE SECTION THAT SCREWS INTO THE INPLANT LEFT IN THERE, UPON ARRIVING AT THE CLINIC XRAYS WERE DONE AND DR KONG COMES IN AND LOOKS AT THE PIECE OF THE ABUTMENT WHICH IS THE TOP PIECE THAT BROKE OFF AND SAYS UPON LOOKING AT IT IT SEEMS THAT THE THREADS ARE GONE AND PROCEEDED TO FORCE THAT PIECE BACK INTO THE IMPLANT, LEADING ME TO BELEIVE INTIALLY WAS SUCCESSFUL, ABOUT A MONTH A LATER THAT PIECE CAME OUT AGAIN, THAT CLINIC AND THE DENTAL BOARD SHOULD REVIEW THIS DOCTORS CREDENTIALS, I WILL PROCEED TO FILE A COMPLAINT TO THE DENTAL BOARD OF NEVADA, SPOKE WITH THE OFFDICE MANAGER ABOUT 2 WEEKS AGO ASSURING ME THAT SHE WOULD CALL ME THE FOLLOWING DAY, OF WHICH SHE HAS NEVER STILL NOT FOLLOWED UP WITH ME TO THIS DAY, I ENDED UP GOING TO 2 OTHER DENTISTS TO CONFIRM MY SUSPICIONS, THAT DR KONG TOTALLY MISDIAGNOSED, AND RETRIED UNSUCCESFULLY TO REINSERT THE BROKEN ABUTMENT INTO INPLANT, WROGLY ADVISED ME, THIS DR SHOULD BE REEVALUATED, MASSIMO,

Hi it was ok. just a little messed up with the billing and getting my insurance verified. But after all I didn’t need to pay for my cleaning.

I had a friend refer me to Smile Vegas Dental. I was able to conveniently schedule the appointment online. Upon arrival, the office staff was so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Dela Cruz was very informative and extremely friendly as well. I would highly recommend Smile Vegas Dental to anyone looking for a great Dental office.

Great people & amazing Dr. Kung.. Took great care of my issue immediately and loves what he does as a Dentist . I came from out of town and I will be back.. This Doctor has a great future as a Perfect Dentist in my eyes.

First patient visit was great. All insurance was verified and scheduling for next appointment was easy and fast. Nice clean office and everyone is friendly. I also like the new equipment and visuals of results.

cleaning and checking were great. The final polishing wasn’t so pleasant. When I called and made the appointment I told the staff I was pregnant but nothing was noticed (to skip the X-ray,..). When checking in, the staff also didn’t pay attention even though my belly showed pretty much (35weeks).

Every time I go it is always a great experience. Everyone is nice and friendly. The care is top notch.

I found this dentist office while searching online, and to my surprise, it’s just around the corner from my house. I came in for my annual exam, and Dr. Kung discovered several issues that needed attention. On the same day, I had several fillings replaced and a cavity under an existing filling addressed, without the need for a root canal as initially thought. At one point, I believed I might need a second root canal on another tooth, but Dr. Kung was able to save it and placed a temporary crown.Unfortunately, I experienced pain for a couple of weeks. I returned to the office, and Dr. Kung suggested replacing the temporary crown after filing it down. At that point, I was hesitant because I really dislike the numb feeling, so I refused. I began to feel uncertain about the treatment plan and even sought a second opinion from another office.Despite my doubts, I decided to wait until my next appointment on the 27th. I tried to get through the procedure without numbing, as I had a work dinner shortly afterward. Dr. Kung took the time to explain why numbing was necessary, as he needed to remove the temporary crown and adjust the tooth. The numbing lasted about 45 minutes, but after the permanent crown was placed, I still felt unsure because it felt very tight. Dr. Kung reassured me that this was normal and encouraged me to call if I had any concerns.The next morning, the pain was completely gone, and I felt much better. I waited through the weekend to see if anything changed, and by Monday morning, I was pain-free. Dr. Kung called me personally to check in, and I was so grateful for his care. I expressed how amazing he was, and he graciously accepted my compliments, letting me know I could reach out if I needed anything. I truly appreciate his professionalism and care.I also want to apologize to the dental office for being a bit tough when expressing my concerns about the pain. They were incredibly kind and accommodating, and I’m grateful for their patience.Lastly, a special shoutout to Dr. DLC—my husband is absolutely thrilled with the work he’s had done and has no complaints whatsoever. Thank you to the entire team!
