I loved it here!!! Everyone was awesome!!! Oscar explained everything step by step. He was so friendly and very easy to talk too. Ashley was so pleasant to work with. She explained my insurance benefits and helped me understand my options. The dr was the best I felt she understood exactly what was important to me and what was my priority when it came to my treatment plan. This office is 45 min from my home and I gladly take the drive!!! Thank you guys!!!! Keep up the good work you guys are truly amazing!!!

From the second I walked in I was greeted by a staff member and then every person who came to see me after I went through were very professional, they all introduced themselves and there job titles and explained everything they were doing and then showed me all the results and the best way to get the best results for me.They asked about my medical history and found out I had a liver transplant which can effect so procedures and also I can’t have some of the anesthesia meds because of the anti rejection medication I’m on.Then after we finished all the factors they sorted out the best plans for me and cheapest payments through my insurance which was really helpful.I learnt more about my mouth and teeth in that 1 hr visit than I did the 6 years I was at my last dentist here in Vegas.

I don’t typically leave reviews but I am eternally grateful for Smile Vegas Dental Dr.Naweed, Valerie, and their entire friendly staff. For the past year I’ve been focusing on my dental health. The staff are getting me to where I want to be with Invisalign & tackling a few root canals I needed done. I started off extremely afraid due to past experiences with dentist. Thank you to everyone at SVD for showing kindness, professionalism and walking me through tackling my fear of the dentist you guys are amazing and I can’t express my gratitude enough! I was very impressed by my first visit to SmileVegasDental. The front office was welcoming and helpful. It had been awhile since I had a dental checkup and cleaning. It turned out that I needed more than a regular checkup. Dr.Najand explained in an easy to understand way what the X rays and high tech pictures showed. I can't express how wonderful Smile Vegas Dental Staff treated me. Literally every single person I came into contact with was so incredibly nice and empathetic. I had not been to the Dentist in too long, due to some past experiences - and while I needed a lot (a lot a lot) of work done and had so much anxiety, the staff took such good care of me. I even called my dad after one appointment letting him know I didn’t even cry - which if you know me, is a huge accomplishment for a dental visit. I felt that my Dentist was extremely knowledgeable and I feel really confident with my treatment plan moving forward. While I hope I don’t ever have to go to the dentist so many times in a row again, I can confidently say Smile Vegas Dental made the entire ordeal so much more manageable for me, and I'll be doing my routine cleanings without hesitation.

recently visited Smile Las Vegas Dental on Blue Diamond Hwy for a routine cleaning and encountered some unexpected issues. Initially, I was informed that I needed a deep cleaning instead of a standard one. My United Healthcare Insurance typically covers cleanings, but I was quoted a $309 copay for the deep cleaning, which was to be done in two stages.I decided to proceed, believing the total cost would be $309. Additionally, I was told I needed a crown, with a copay of $1300, but I chose to wait on that and focus on the cleaning first. At my first appointment, I paid $250 and declined an additional $67 charge for a laser cleaning, assuming the remaining $59 would be paid at my next visit, totaling the $309 copay I was quoted.When I returned for the second half of the cleaning, I was surprised to be asked for another $309. Upon questioning this, the receptionist explained that the $309 copay was for each half of the cleaning, not the total. This meant I was expected to pay over $500 for the deep cleaning. I found this to be unreasonable and requested a basic cleaning instead, but the receptionist informed me that the hygienist would not perform it.I was extremely upset, shaking and mad that they would deny me a basic cleaning after I've already paid $250 plus dollars.
