I called to make an appointment because their website advertised they excepted ALL insurance, and even on the posted list of insurance carriers accepted my dental insurance is listed, but when I called to make an appointment the woman takes all my child’s info and then ask for my insurance, I tell her and she then says we don’t except it. I point out that their website list it as one of the insurance it excepts, into which she responds “our location” and she reads me the address, I say yes and she then proceeded to say, well is it from the state? I say yes, she says well we only take it from the employer…… What is the difference? It is the same insurance company. And that wasn’t even information I gave you before you said you don’t take the insurance.

I understand that your dental insurance can be confusing and we do our best to help assist patients navigate these issues. To provide some clarity, an insurance company can have multiple plans. This can be confusing as most people don’t realize that some insurance companies can have multiple plans within the same insurance. It sounds like in your case, your insurance has a plan that is provided by the state and by an employer. We do not accept the plan that’s provided by the state, only the one that is provided by an employer (PPO to be specific). To clarify, on our website is says we accept most insurances. To put down each plan on the website is not helpful since we would have to list hundreds of the different plans between all the insurances we accept. For your insurance, it would be best to contact the insurance company directly to see who are providers in your area. I hope this helps! -Dr. Naweed

Staff was very welcoming, and the doctor was the easiest and most personable doctor I’ve ever spoken to. Great clean place and was very accommodating to my 2 crazy children, only sad that i wasnt able to book to get any work done but it was out of the office’s control due to being pregnant and having a stubborn obgyn so i unfortunately have to be referred to a specialist, i wish i could just give consent and get the work done in office because it delays everything and im in so much pain and i have no antibiotics to help my infections in the meantime !
